Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Question: Why do I have limited access to a project? Answer: This occurs if you are not logged in or if the General Contractor has added you as a contact without full rights in your own company profile. Ask your company’s administrator to grant you full access.
Question: What happens if I click "I won’t be billing"? Answer: The general contractor will receive an immediate notification. This is important for their planning so they can contact another specialist if necessary.
