Transferring subcontractors

Transfer documents
After the specialists, transfer the relevant documents to the next phase.

Select the documents you want to carry over by checking the box next to the file name or use the Select option.

Select Take documents to another phase (3).

Select the target phase in the pop-up that appears.
Transfer project to another phase
Once the data has been transferred, update the project’s overall status.

Navigate to Project Settings.

Navigate to the Project Structure section.

Here, switch the project to the next final phase.

Use the View button in the project to switch between the different phases; the previous phases will always remain visible. You can also revert the project to a previous phase at any time.
