This article is intended for (sub)administrators responsible for communication standards across the entire organization. You need administrator rights in the various locations to adjust these settings.
Activation per location
Before you can use templates across locations, this feature must be manually activated.

Navigate to the Settings menu within the company profile.

Navigate to the first tab, General.

Scroll down to the Locations section.

Check the option "Also use templates from other locations by default."

Important: Repeat this step for each location within the organization where you want to enable this feature.
Select a message template from another location
Once the setting is enabled, an additional option will appear in the template manager.

Click the Message Templates from Other Locations button.

Select the desired location from the list.

Choose the message template you wish to use or modify.

You can now create a new template or edit an existing template for the selected location.
