Where can I find my invoices and billing information?

Summary
You can find your invoices and invoice details in the Company Details menu under the Contract & Billing option. Only administrators (or group administrators in a company group) have access to these tabs to download documents or check details.
Prerequisites and Target Audience
This article is intended for (group) administrators of 12Build accounts. For privacy reasons, users without administrator rights do not have access to the company’s financial records on the platform.
Viewing invoices and data
Follow these steps to view your records:

In the main menu, navigate to Company Data.

Select the Contract & Billing option.

Go to the Invoices tab:

Here you will find an overview of all invoices linked to your contract number.

You can view the invoices here directly or download them for your own records.

Go to the Invoice Details tab:

Here you can view the details (such as company name and address) that currently appear on your invoices.

Change details
It is important that your billing information is correct for your accounting records.

View: You can check the current details yourself on the 'Invoice Details' tab.

Update: You cannot manually change this information yourself on this screen.

Procedure: Contact 12Build to request a change to your billing information. We recommend using the Chat button at the bottom right of your screen.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Question: Why don’t I see the “Contract & Billing” menu? Answer: This information is only visible to administrators. If your company is part of a group, only the group administrator may have the permissions to view this information.
Question: Can I view an invoice from another location? Answer: On the 'Invoices' tab, you will only find the documents that are exclusively linked to the contract number under which your specific location is registered.
Troubleshooting

Symptom: I am an administrator, but the 'Invoices' tab is empty.

Cause: No invoices have been generated yet for this specific contract number, or you are part of a master contract where invoicing is handled centrally by the group administrator.

Solution: Contact your group administrator or use the chat function to inquire with 12Build support.

Symptom: My address on the invoice is incorrect.

Cause: The information in the system is out of date.

Solution: Please provide the correct information to 12Build immediately via chat or support so that future invoices are issued correctly.
