This feature is available exclusively to administrators and initiators. Before you can start, suppliers, evaluators, and a questionnaire must be linked to the list.
Opening the evaluation list
To manage a specific round, you must first select it in the overview.

Navigate to the Evaluation Lists overview.

Locate the list you wish to activate.

Click the Open button.

Start evaluation list
On this screen, you can see the status of all linked components and activate the submission.

Check on the left side to ensure the correct suppliers, evaluators, and questions are linked.

Note: As long as the list has not been started, evaluations have the status Draft and cannot yet be filled out.

Click the Start button.

The invitations will now be sent directly to the evaluators via email.

Note: If you later add additional evaluators or suppliers to a list that has already been started, invitations will only be sent to those new individuals.

Finalizing the evaluation list
Once all evaluators have completed their work, you can review the results.

View the progress and average scores in the overview.

Once the progress reaches 100% (or all desired evaluations have been received), click Finish.

All evaluations will now be published and made available to the evaluated parties.

Question: Can I customize the text of the invitation that evaluators receive? Answer: Yes, an administrator can change the default text of these invitations via the Message Settings.
