Governance

Evaluations are not posted on Evaluator automatically.

Evaluations with a score of 4 or lower are automatically first put on hold and checked by the Reviewer for undesirable content. After approval and any substantive changes to the evaluation by the Reviewer, the evaluation will proceed to quarantine or publication (graded as satisfactory).

Evaluations with a score of 5 or lower (lower is only possible from the on-hold procedure) are placed in quarantine for one week to enable interaction to take place between the Reviewer and the Reviewed.

Evaluator offers the Reviewed the opportunity to respond publicly to the evaluation.

Evaluator draws on the following Review Guidelines and Dispute Policy.

In the unlikely event that there are questions or comments regarding an evaluation, the following procedure will be used:

  • Evaluator refers the Reviewed to the party that carried out the evaluation.
  • The evaluating parties will comply with the 12Build Governance Protocol, or draw up their own protocol that incorporates, as a minimum, the requirements of 12Build.
  • Evaluator is in no way responsible or liable for the content of the evaluations.
  • Evaluator offers the possibility of a dispute procedure in accordance with the Dispute Policy.
