Where can I find the evaluations our company has received in the Evaluator?
In the 12Build Evaluator, you have direct access to all feedback that clients have left about your organization. This overview allows you to monitor your performance and view the details of each review.

Summary
You can find the received evaluations by going to the Evaluations module in the menu and selecting Received Evaluations on the left. Administrators see all company evaluations here, while initiators and evaluators only see the evaluations linked to their names. You can view the full details by clicking the three dots at the end of a line.
Prerequisites and Target Audience
This article is intended for all Evaluator users who wish to gain insight into their own scores. The amount of data you can view depends on your assigned user role (Administrator, Initiator, or Evaluator).
Viewing received evaluations
All incoming feedback is collected in one central location within the Evaluations module.

Log in to the 12Build Evaluator.

Click the Evaluations option in the menu.

In the menu on the left, select the Received Evaluations category.
Permissions and visibility
The information displayed in this overview depends on your role within the system:

Administrators: Have a complete overview of all evaluations the organization has received.

Initiators & Evaluators: In this overview, they see only the evaluations that were specifically submitted in their own name.
In the overview, you can immediately see the most important details:

The name of the evaluator (the client).

The date of the review.
-
The public score (the rating displayed on your profile).
-
The average of the questions (the internal calculation of all answers).

Should you wish to examine the client’s individual answers or comments in greater detail?

Locate the relevant evaluation in the list.

Click the three dots on the right side of the line.

Select the View Evaluation option.

This will open a new screen where you can review the full questionnaire and the provided explanations.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Why don’t I see a colleague’s evaluation in my overview? If you have the role of Initiator or Evaluator, the system hides colleagues’ evaluations. Only an Administrator can view the full company-wide overview.
Can I see which questionnaire the client used? Yes, as soon as you click on "View evaluation" via the three dots, you will see the full structure of the questionnaire used, including the scores per section.
Troubleshooting

Symptom: The "Received Evaluations" overview is completely empty.

Cause: No evaluations have been submitted under your name yet, or (if you are an administrator) your company has not yet received any evaluations from third parties.

Solution: Verify that the appropriate filters are enabled and, if necessary, contact your clients to confirm whether they have already published the evaluation.

Symptom: I see a score, but I cannot locate the textual explanation.

Cause: You are still in the list view.

Solution: Click the three dots and select 'View review' to open the full content, including comments.
