Where can I find an overview of all/my evaluations in the Evaluator?

How do you find and manage all evaluations and pending evaluation requests? In this article, we explain where to find the various overviews and how to use the filters.

Summary

Within the Evaluator module, there are three main sections for managing evaluations: an overview of the entire organization, a personal overview of your own tasks, and an overview of pending requests that you have sent as the initiator.

Requirements and Target Audience

  • Evaluators: Have access to 'My Evaluations'.

  • Administrators and Initiators: Also have access to 'All Evaluations' and 'Evaluation Requests'.

All Evaluations

This overview is intended for users with a managerial role within the organization.

  1. Click on Evaluations in the main menu.

  2. In the submenu, select Alle evaluaties

  3. You will now see all evaluations for the entire organization.

My evaluations

This is where you, as an evaluator, can get started right away.

  1. Click on Evaluations in the main menu.

  2. Select the My Evaluations option. 

  3. Here you will find all the evaluations that have been specifically prepared for you to assess.

Evaluation Overview

Both of the above overviews offer extensive options for finding information.

  1. Search: Use the search bar to find a specific evaluation immediately.

  2. Filter: Use the filter on the left to refine by:

    • Status and progress

    • Period or deadline

    • Evaluation list or questionnaire

    • Supplier

    • Linked labels

  3. View details: On the right-hand side, you will find information for each row, such as the supplier, deadline, progress and status. Once an evaluation is complete, the public score and question average are also displayed here.

Evaluation requests

This feature is specifically for administrators and initiators to monitor the progress of assigned tasks.

  1. Go to the Evaluation Requests overview.

  2. View the status of evaluations you have sent to others here.

  3. Click the three dots on the right for additional options:

    • View evaluation: To view the current status.

    • Delete: To withdraw the request.

  4. If you are the evaluator of a request, you can start the evaluation immediately.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Question: Why do I see a score for some evaluations but not for others? Answer: The public score and the question average only become visible once the evaluation has been fully completed and submitted.

Question: Can an evaluator delete an evaluation request themselves? Answer: Only the initiator or administrator can permanently delete an evaluation request via the 'Evaluation Requests' overview.

Troubleshooting

  • Symptom: I’m looking for a colleague’s evaluation but can’t find it.

    • Cause: You are likely in the "My Evaluations" overview instead of "All Evaluations."

    • Solution: Switch to 'All Evaluations' and verify that you possess the appropriate permissions (administrator/initiator). Then utilize the filters on the left to search for the colleague’s or supplier’s name.
