Where can I find an overview of all the projects for which I have been requested?

In this article, you will learn how to navigate to the full project overview and how to customise the display of this overview to suit your preferences. You will learn how to search for specific projects and what actions you can perform directly from the overview.

You can find all your projects in the central project overview, where you can switch between active and archived projects. By using filters and column settings, you can create a personalized overview of all your requests.

Requirements and Target Audience

This article is intended for all users who have been invited to projects in 12Build. No specific administrator rights are required to view or customize your own project overview.

Searching and filtering

In the project overview, you can search specifically for projects for which you have been requested.

  1. Go to the project overview to view all your projects. 

  2. Use the search field to search by keyword, such as the project name.

  3. Use the filters to refine the list based on:

    • Phase: For example, 'Estimation,' 'Procurement,' or 'Execution.'

    • Status: For example, 'New', 'Awarded', or 'Sent'.

    • Project deadline: Filter by the due date.

    • Hoofdaannemer: Filter by the party that created the project. 

Customize columns

You can determine which information is immediately visible in your overview.

  1. Click the option to customize columns in the top-right corner of the project overview. [Image: The button or icon in the top-right corner for column settings]

  2. Select the data you want to add, such as Phase, Deadline, Status, or Received.

  3. Save the changes to activate your personalized view.

Using project options

On the right side of each project, you will find additional features via the three vertical dots.

  2. Choose from the available actions:

    • Show project: Switch directly to the selected project to view documents and communications.

    • Archive/Unarchive: Move the project to or from the archive.

    • View/download documents: View the associated project documents.

    • Send message/proposal: Communicate directly from the overview.

    • Forward project: Forward the project to the next phase or a colleague.

Question: I cannot locate a project in my list. What steps should I take? Answer: Verify whether the project has been archived. Utilise the search function within the archive or adjust your filters to include archived projects.

Question: Can I change the order of the projects? Answer: Yes, by clicking on the column headers (such as 'Deadline' or 'Received on'), you can sort the list based on that specific data.

Troubleshooting

  • Symptom: The overview does not show the desired information (e.g., the deadline).

    • Cause: The column is currently hidden in the current view.

    • Solution: Adjust the columns via the settings in the top right corner and check the desired option.

  • Symptom: A project I recently accepted is not visible.

    • Cause: A filter is active that excludes this type of project.

    • Solution: Clear all active filters or search specifically for the name of the General Contractor.
