  • Access to the email address linked to your account.

Login instructions

  1. Go to 12build.com.

  2. Click the Log In button in the top right corner.

  3. Select the 12Build option.

  4. Enter your username and password on the login screen.

    • Note: If your organization is set up for this, you can also choose 'Log in with SSO'.

  5. Click the Login button to access your dashboard.

Reset Password

If you have forgotten your password or have been added as a new user, follow these steps:

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password.

  2. Enter your email address and click 'Send'.

  3. Open the email from 12Build containing your username and the reset link.

    • Important: For security reasons, the link is only valid for 30 minutes.

                                 

  4. Click the link in the email and enter a new password on the page that opens.

Question: Where can I find my username? Answer: Your username is listed at the top of the email you receive after clicking "Forgot Password."

Question: Why isn’t my email address accepted as a username? Answer: In 12Build, usernames are unique and do not always match your email address. Please refer to the reset email for the correct information.

Troubleshooting

    • Didn’t receive an email: Check your junk mail (spam) folder or contact us via the Chat feature at the bottom right of our website.

    • Link expired: If the 30 minutes have passed, you must request a new link via the login page.
