Email address: The link functions based on your email address. If you use different addresses, temporarily adjust them to the same address in your account settings.

Company group: The locations must be in the same 'company group'. Contact your group administrator or support@12build.com if you’re unsure whether this is the case.
Linking locations
Linking your accounts starts in your personal settings within the platform.

Click My Account in the top right corner of the screen.

In the menu, go to the Locations tab.

Click the Link my locations button.
Verification
To ensure the security of your accounts, the link must be confirmed via email.

In the screen that opens, click the Send verification email button.

You can now close the current window in 12Build.

Open your email inbox and look for the email from 12Build.

In the email you received, click the Manage Locations button.
