Summary
An evaluation list is a combination of a specific questionnaire, a selection of suppliers, and the designated evaluators. Once a list is activated, invitations are automatically sent to the evaluators. Lists can be started immediately or scheduled for a later time.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Question: What happens if I schedule an evaluation list for the future? Answer: On the scheduled date, the initiator receives a message that the list is ready. The invitations are only sent once the list is actually activated.
Question: Why should I choose an evaluation summary? Answer: This allows you to compile all individual assessments from different evaluators into a single, clear summary per supplier, rather than publishing each assessment separately.
Troubleshooting
-
Symptom: I do not see any suppliers or evaluators to add.
-
Cause: A filter is likely enabled (such as "In supplier database"), making the list appear empty.
-
Solution: Turn off the filter in the red section of the selection screen to display the full list of available options.
