Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Why isn’t my failing grade visible on my profile yet? For a failing grade, 12Build applies a one-week waiting period. This gives you the opportunity to discuss the matter with the client and resolve any misunderstandings before the score is made public.
Can a client still change a rating? Yes, based on your response or the private message, the client may decide to revise the review and the corresponding rating.
