When an evaluation for a supplier is ready for you, you will receive an invitation via email. You can open the evaluation directly from the email or via the Evaluator module. You have the option to complete the evaluation immediately, save it temporarily, or decline it if you are not the right person.

Evaluations
To begin the process, navigate to the central section for evaluations.

Log in to the Evaluator.

In the main menu, select the Evaluations option.
Evaluation Overview
After opening the module, you need to filter by your personal tasks.

In the left menu, click on My Evaluations.

You will now see an overview of all evaluations awaiting assessment.

From your personal overview, you can take action on the pending requests.

Start or decline an evaluation
Once you open the evaluation, you can begin the assessment.

First, enter a public grade at the top of the screen.

Then answer all the questions in the list (these may be numerical or multiple-choice questions).

If you wish to complete the evaluation at a later time, click the Finish evaluation later button.

If you are not the correct contact person for this specific evaluation, click on Reject evaluation. The initiator can then assign the evaluation to another colleague.

Question: What happens if I decline an evaluation? Answer: The evaluation is sent back to the initiator. They will have the option to designate another colleague within your company who is better suited to conduct the evaluation.
Question: Are my answers saved if I stop halfway through? Answer: Yes, provided you click the "Finish evaluation later" button. You can reopen the evaluation at a later time via "My evaluations" to continue where you left off.
