Requirements and Target Audience

This feature is available exclusively to users with the role of administrator or initiator. You need access to the Evaluator module, and there must be an active evaluation list with evaluators who have not yet completed their evaluation.

Open evaluation list

Before you can resend an invitation, you must select the specific list to which the evaluator is linked.

  1. Navigate to the overview of evaluation lists.

  2. Locate the desired list in the overview.

  3. Click Open

Resend invitations

Once you have opened the evaluation list, you can resend the invitation to each individual.

  1. In the menu on the left, click on Evaluators

  2. Locate the relevant evaluator in the list.

  4. Click the Resend Invitation option.

Troubleshooting

  • Symptom: The "Resend Invitation" option is not visible.

    • Cause: You do not have the correct permissions (administrator or initiator), or the evaluator may have already completed the evaluation.

    • Solution: Verify that you are logged in with an account that has administrator rights and check the evaluator’s status in the list.
