How can I remove evaluations/evaluators from an evaluation list in the Evaluator?
As an administrator or initiator, you have full control over the composition of your evaluation lists. You can decide at any time to remove specific evaluations or individuals from a list, even after the process has already been initiated.

Open evaluation list
Before you can remove items, you must select the specific list you want to work in.

Log in to the 12Build Evaluator.

Click the Open button next to the list you want to edit.
Remove evaluators
Use these steps if you want to remove a person who was assigned to complete an evaluation.

In the opened project, click on Evaluators in the left-hand menu.

Locate the relevant person in the list.

Click the three dots to the right of the evaluator.

Select the Remove option.
Deleting evaluations
Use these steps if you wish to delete a specific evaluation (for example, of a particular supplier).

Note: If the evaluation has already been started, the system automatically sends an email to the initiator and the evaluator to inform them of the deletion.

What happens if I delete an evaluator who has already submitted answers? Once the evaluator is removed from the list, they will no longer have access to the questionnaire. The progress for that specific link will be reset.
Can I undo a deletion? No, deleted items cannot be restored immediately. You will need to manually add the evaluator or the evaluation back to the list.
