Request a downgrade or cancellation

You can change your contract status using a central request form in your account.

  1. Navigate to the subscription settings in your company profile.

  2. Locate the option to change or cancel your subscription.

  3. Fill out the form completely. Here you can specify the following:

    • Whether it is a downgrade (fewer features) or a full cancellation.

    • The reason for the change. 

  4. Click the button to submit the request.

What happens next?

Once 12Build has received your request, the following steps will be taken:

  • Contact: A representative will contact you to review the request.

  • Processing: Your request will be reviewed based on your contract terms and the notice period.

  • Management: During this conversation, you can ask any remaining questions about access to your data after the change.
