Summary
In the Evaluator module, you manage the list of suppliers evaluated by your company. Here, you can search for new suppliers in the overall database or the Chamber of Commerce register, assign labels for better filtering, and view average rating scores.
Requirements and Target Audience
Access to the supplier overview depends on your user role:
-
Administrator: Click on "Management" in the top-left menu, then select "Suppliers" from the dropdown.

-
Initiator and evaluator: The Suppliers option is located right at the top of your dashboard.

Supplier overview
In the main overview, you can see all relevant data about your suppliers at a glance.
-
Filters: Use the filter on the left to search by name or labels.
-
Ratings: View the average public rating and the average rating based on questionnaires completed by your own organization for each supplier.
-
Labels: See immediately how many labels are linked to a supplier. A supplier only appears in the 'In supplier database' filter option once labels have been linked by the administrator.
-
Actions: Initiate an evaluation immediately or view a supplier’s details.
Add Supplier
If a supplier is not yet in your own list, you can search for them in the broader database.
-
In the overview, click the Add supplier button.

-
Enter the Chamber of Commerce number or the supplier’s name in the “Search for a supplier” field.
-
If the supplier is already known in the Evaluator, click the magnifying glass to go to the supplier.
-
If the supplier is not found, click Search in the Chamber of Commerce register to retrieve the data and add the supplier.
Edit an existing supplier
You can change a supplier’s details to keep your database up to date.
-
In the supplier overview, click the pencil icon next to the relevant supplier.
-
Edit the details in the overview screen that appears.
-
Note: The fields you see may vary depending on the labels you’ve created.
-
Note: Evaluators and initiators have more limited rights to edit data than administrators.
-
-
If desired, link labels to the supplier. Once a label is linked, the supplier is permanently added to your list of regular suppliers.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Question: Why don’t I see a supplier in my list even though I know they exist? Answer: Check your filter setting “In supplier database.” If it’s set to “Yes,” you’re only searching among your own labeled suppliers. Set the filter to “All” to search the entire database.
Question: What is the difference between the public rating and our own rating? Answer: The public rating is an average of all reviews within the 12Build platform. Our own rating is based exclusively on the evaluations conducted within your own company.
Troubleshooting
-
Symptom: I cannot find a specific supplier, even using the Chamber of Commerce number.
-
Cause: The 'In supplier database' filter may still be set to 'Yes', or the Chamber of Commerce number was entered incorrectly.
-
Solution: Set the filter to 'All' and try searching again. Use the 'Search in the Chamber of Commerce register' button if the internal search yields no results.
