  • Permissions: (Sub)administrators can manage favorites. Regular users can use and customize templates unless they have been granted specific permissions for this in user management.

  • Up-to-date: It is essential that the star ratings of your subcontractors are up-to-date before you (re)use a template.

Manage Favorites

You manage your preferred suppliers using the star system in the search module.

  1. Open the Search module.

  2. Search for the desired subcontractor.

  3. Assign a yellow, green, or black star to mark the specialist as a favorite, or remove the star to change the status.

Save project as a template

Have you set up a project with the correct workpackages and associated favorites? Then you can save this as a template.

  1. Open the project that will serve as the basis.

  2. Navigate to the Communication tab.

  3. Add the desired subcontractors with stars to the appropriate workpackages.

  4. Select the workpackages and subcontractors.
  5. Click the button to save the project as a project template

Tip: 12Build Support can prepare a project template for you upon request based on all your yellow and green stars. This can also be rolled out to other locations. Email your request to support@12build.com.
