How do I run a report in the Evaluator?
Once the evaluations within your company are complete, you can generate detailed reports to analyze performance. Whether you want to view the scores for a single specific project or compare the results of a particular supplier over a longer period, the reporting module provides the necessary filters.

Reports are initiated through the Report menu, where users select either Evaluations (for aggregated scores) or Responses (for question-level data). By applying the left-hand filters and the grouping function, a targeted dataset can be defined and exported in Excel format.
Requirements and target audience
The reporting functionality is available exclusively to users with the Administrator or Initiator role. Other user roles do not have access to this aggregated data.
Evaluation Reporting
Select this option when you require an overview of the overall scores and the status of the evaluations.

Use the filters on the left to refine your selection (for example, by supplier, period, or specific project label).
