Step-by-step guide to forwarding
You manage the forwarding of a bid centrally in your workflow management.

Navigate to the Bid Board in the menu.

Select the Request for Proposal you wish to forward.

Click the Forward to Partner button.

From the list, select the partner to whom you wish to forward the project.

Add a personal message for your partner.

Click Forward to complete the action.
Status after forwarding
Once the action is completed, the view changes for all parties involved.

Question: Can I undo the forwarding if I change my mind? Answer: No, once a request has been forwarded, your right to respond to the project expires. The status is permanently set to 'Rejected' in your account.
Question: Does the partner also see the General contractor’s documents? Answer: Yes, the partner is granted access to the relevant project information to evaluate and submit the application.
