Supplier/Evaluation Overview
To add a note, start in the module’s central overview.

Navigate to the Overview of Evaluations/Suppliers.

Locate the supplier for whom you wish to add a note.

Click the icon (note icon) next to the supplier to open the note management screen.

After clicking the icon, a window will open where you can view the supplier’s history.

In the pop-up that appears, view the notes previously added by you or your colleagues.

Click the New Note button to create a new message.

In the final step, enter the actual text that should be visible to your colleagues.

Type the desired text into the text field on the input screen.

Click the Add button to save the note permanently.

Question: Can a supplier also see the company notes I write? Answer: No, company notes are only visible to users within your own company. The supplier does not have access to them.
