How can I view consumption in the Evaluator?
To use the Evaluator, a contract has been signed for a specific package. You can easily view your current usage, as well as the start date and remaining term of your contract.

Summary
Administrators can view contract usage via the Reporting menu. Here you will find an overview of the contract’s start and end dates, the total bundle size and current usage. Evaluations are only deducted from the bundle once they have been definitively published.
Terms and Target Audience
This feature is available exclusively to administrators. Users with the 'Initiator' role have access only to the 'Evaluations' and 'Responses' sections within the reporting module and cannot view contract usage.
Open report
The consumption data is located in the Evaluator’s reporting module.

Log in to the Evaluator environment.

Click on Reporting in the top-left corner of the menu.

Select the Contract Usage option from the drop-down menu.
View consumption
As soon as you open the Contract Usage page, a clear dashboard appears showing the status of your subscription.

Start Date and End Date: Here you can see the exact duration of your current contract period.

Available Bundle: The total number of evaluations you are allowed to perform under this contract.

Usage: The number of evaluations that have already been used.
Calculation of the bundle
It is important to know exactly when an evaluation counts toward your usage:

Publication: Evaluations are only deducted from the bundle once they have been published.

Combined reviews: When reviews are combined into a summary, the original number of individual reviews counts toward the bundle balance, not the resulting summary.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Why can’t I find “Contract Usage” in my menu? The “Contract Usage” option is only visible to administrators. If you have an Initiator role, you cannot view this data and must contact the administrator within your organization.
When will my bundle be replenished? The bundle is linked to the term of your contract. You can find the exact end date of your current period in the overview under 'Contract Usage'.

Symptom: Usage appears higher than the number of published summaries.

Cause: There are merged evaluations; each original evaluation counts separately toward the bundle.

Solution: Check the number of individual evaluations underlying your reports.
