Set up email notifications

Previously, you received information about all countries, but you can now customise this to your specific region.

  1. In 12Build, go to My Account.

  2. Navigate to the Notifications menu item. 

  3. Locate the section for bankruptcy notifications.

  4. Select the specific countries for which you want to receive bankruptcy notifications in your mailing. 

  5. If you no longer wish to receive the mailing at all, please use the option to completely stop the mailing.

  6. Note: If you have access to multiple locations, repeat these steps for each location separately to ensure the settings are applied correctly everywhere.

Question: Can I set different countries for different locations? Answer: Yes, the settings apply per location. You must therefore adjust this as desired for each location.

Question: Do I still receive all countries by default? Answer: If you don’t make any changes, the mailing may include all countries. By setting the filters, you limit the emails to the countries that are relevant to you.
