Viewing budget rules
Before you can enter prices, you must navigate to the digital environment for the specific request.

Open the request you received via the link in your email or log in to the 12Build dashboard.

If you are in the dashboard, click the Projects tab and locate the relevant project in the list.

Within the project, click the Budget Rules tab.
Enter prices and add rules
On this screen, enter the financial details of your bid.

To add items not included in the original request, click Add Row at the bottom of the list.

Describe the line you added and enter the corresponding price. The information you enter is automatically saved for the next step.
Submit the proposal
Once the budget is complete, you can officially send it to the General Contractor.
