As an administrator, you have the ability to personalise communications from the Evaluator. You can add your own notes to the standard emails sent to evaluators and suppliers.

Summary
Administrators can enhance the Evaluator’s standard emails with their own notes. This is useful for including specific company instructions or a personal greeting. If no custom text is entered, the system automatically uses 12Build’s standard texts.
Requirements and Target Audience
This feature is available exclusively to administrators. You need these permissions to change the organization-wide message settings.
Message settings
Access to the email configuration is located under your personal account menu.

Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.

In the drop-down menu, select the Message settings option.

Email Overview
After opening the settings, you will see a list of system emails.

Check the overview to see which standard emails are available for additional instructions (such as invitations for evaluators).

Add Explanation
You can add and manage specific text for each email type.

On the right-hand side, click the pencil icon next to the email you wish to edit.

Type your own text in the input field.

Use the toggle on this screen to enable or disable the explanation.

Question: What happens if I remove the note? Answer: If you delete your own text or deactivate the note, the standard 12Build texts will automatically be sent to the recipients again.

Troubleshooting

Cause: The note has likely been saved, but not yet set to 'Activated' in the edit screen.
