Summary
Within the company settings, you define the standards for your organization. This includes, among other things, the definition of a "failing" score, the validity of grades, and automatic reminders for both evaluators and initiators.
Requirements and Target Audience
This feature is available exclusively to administrators. Other roles (initiator or evaluator) do not have access to modify organization-wide rules.
Open Company Profile
The general settings are located under your personal account menu.
-
Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
-
In the drop-down menu, select the Company Profile option.
Configure settings
Once you are in the company profile, you can manage the specific rules for the Evaluator module.
-
Within the company profile, click the Settings tab.

-
Scores and explanations:
-
Specify what your organization considers a below-average score (for example, lower than 7 or lower than 6).
-
Set the score at which an evaluator is required to provide a textual explanation.
-
-
Validity and reminders:
-
Set the retention period for average scores.
-
Configure reminders for the initiator regarding pending feedback. The initiator will then receive a weekly overview via email.
-
Set a default deadline for evaluation lists (even if the initiator selects "No deadline"), so that evaluators continue to receive reminders.
-
-
Process settings:
-
Specify whether ad hoc evaluations (individual evaluations outside of a list) are allowed.
-
Determine whether the Initiator or Evaluator role should be preselected by default when creating an evaluation list.
-
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Question: What happens if I set a default deadline in the company settings? Answer: This serves as a safety net. If an initiator creates a list without a deadline, this setting ensures that reminders are still sent to the evaluators and that progress continues to be monitored.
Question: Why do I need to choose a minimum score? Answer: This determines when the system marks a score as "below average," which can help generate notifications for the initiator to take action.
