Where can I view my general statistics and statistics by specialty?

Insights into your performance on 12Build help you conduct targeted analyses of your Requests for Proposal and visibility. By comparing your own results with the market, you can optimize your strategy for winning projects.

Summary

You can access your statistics via the icon in the main menu. Here, a distinction is made between general business statistics, such as your profile views and response time, and specific data per Workpackage. This data enables you to assess your chances of securing projects and analyse your visibility.

This article is intended for subcontractors who want to make data-driven decisions. Please note: some detailed information and comparisons are only available to users with an Activation and/or Promoter package.

Accessing statistics

You can access the analytics dashboard via the central navigation bar.

  1. Log in to 12Build.

  2. In the main menu, click the Statistics icon (graph symbol). 

  3. You will now be taken to the general data page by default.

General statistics

Under the General heading, you will find an overview of your personal and business branding on the platform.

  • Profile views per month: How often your company profile has been viewed by clients.

  • Number of views per specialization: An overview of the top 10 workpackages for which you were most frequently found.

  • Number of views per search term: The top 10 keywords that lead to your profile.

  • Request for Proposal comparison: A comparison of this year’s requests for proposals compared to last year’s.

  • Response time in days: Your average response time compared to the market average (not visible to others).

Use the filter button to view data for a specific period. Hover your mouse over the bar charts to see the exact numbers. 

Statistics by specialty

For a deeper analysis, click the Specialty button. Here you can see how your expertise performs in the broader market.

  1. Quotation requests received vs. market: Compare your influx of requests with that of competitors in the same field.

  2. Filter by workpackage: Use the filters to look specifically at a single workpackage (e.g., “Painting”).

  3. Average number of requests: This figure indicates how many proposals general contractors typically send for a specific task, helping you estimate your chances of winning a project. 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is my response time visible to general contractors? No, the 'Response time in days' statistic is intended for internal use only and is not visible to other users on the platform.

Why don’t I see any data for some components? This may mean that there was insufficient activity in the market during the selected period, or that this data is only available in a higher package (Activation/Promoter).

Troubleshooting

  • Symptom: I do not see any graphs or market comparisons.

    • Cause: You likely have a basic profile without an Activation or Promoter license.

    • Solution: Upgrade your license to access the full market analyses.

  • Symptom: The numbers in the graph are illegible.

    • Cause: The chart only shows a visual representation of the bars.

    • Solution: Hover your mouse over the bar charts to see the exact numbers in a pop-up.
