Where can I update my name, email address, and photo in the Evaluator?
In the 12Build Evaluator, you can easily keep your personal profile up to date. By entering your name and email address correctly, you ensure a professional appearance in your communications with colleagues and construction partners. Adding a profile photo helps with recognition within your organization.

Summary
You can edit your personal information by clicking on your name in the top right corner and selecting Account. In this overview, you can immediately change your name and email address and upload a profile photo. Don’t forget to save the changes to update your profile.
Terms and Target Audience
This feature is available to all users (Administrators, Initiators, and Evaluators). You can only edit your own personal information; to change colleagues’ information, you need administrator rights in the user module.
Step 1: Open your account
Your personal settings are always accessible from the navigation bar.

Log in to the 12Build Evaluator.

Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen.

Select the Account option from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Update your information
Once you’re in the account overview, you can personalise your profile.

Name and Email: Fill in the text fields with your correct first and last name and your business email address.

Upload photo: Click the profile photo option to select and upload an image from your computer.

Save the changes at the bottom of the page.

Where is my profile photo visible? Your profile photo is visible internally to fellow administrators and initiators of the evaluations you conduct. This makes the process more personal and clearer for your team.
What happens if I change my email address? All future notifications, such as invitations to new evaluations or reminders, will be sent to the new email address. Therefore, ensure that this address is entered correctly.
Troubleshooting

Symptom: I cannot change my email address (the field is grayed out).

Cause: In some organizations, login credentials are managed centrally (Single Sign-On).
