12Build has an active link to the Qbis registry (now taken over by CRT - Centraal Register Techniek).

  • This partnership allows general contractors to click directly from your 12Build profile to the relevant registry.

  • This immediately verifies the validity of your professional qualifications.

  • Please note: The links to Qbis are currently being migrated to the new CRT environment.

  • Installation Technology & Energy: InstallQ (KvINL & Sterkin), OK CV, NVKL (climate control/refrigeration technology), Zonnekeur (solar power/solar heat), DE-certified Fireplaces and Stoves (gas/wood), REW certification Water certification.

  • KvINL Certifications: Low-Voltage Electrical Installations, Gas, Air Handling, Sewerage, Heating, Heat Pump, and Water Technology Installations, Metal Roofing, Solar Power (PV), Solar Heat (Zth), Living Independently at Home for Longer.

  • Painting & Glasswork: Betere Schilder (BS), VKG Keurmerk, VMRG, PPI Keur.

  • Specialised labels: Dakmerk quality mark, Dubokeur, FietsParKeur, Groenkeur (including tree care, roof and facade greening, tree nursery products, landscaping), KIWA-NCP, Dutch Steel Construction Quality Mark, Police Quality Mark for Safe Living, SGAT, SIBON.

    • Cause: The label has not yet been included in 12Build’s central database.
