Requirements and target audience
The main menu displayed at the top of your screen is determined by the role assigned to your account:

Administrator: Has access to all administrative functions, settings, and the entire database.

Initiator: Can create evaluation lists, assign evaluators, and monitor progress.

Evaluator: Focuses on performing the assigned evaluations.

The dashboard features various blocks of information to assist you with your daily tasks:

Notifications and messages
In the top right corner of the screen, you will find a bell icon. This is your notification center.

When there are new messages or updates, the bell turns red.

Click on the bell icon to view your notifications.

Click on a specific new message to automatically go to the Messages module.

Question: Why do I see fewer options in my menu than my colleague? Answer: This is due to the difference in roles. Administrators and initiators have more extensive menu functions (such as 'Management' or 'Evaluation Lists') that are not visible to a standard evaluator.
Question: Can I evaluate a supplier directly from the dashboard? Answer: Yes, you can navigate directly to the relevant actions via the “Pending Evaluations” block or by searching for the supplier using the search bar on the dashboard.

Symptom: The bell icon is red, but I do not see any new messages in my inbox.

Cause: You may have already clicked on the notification via the dropdown, but the message itself has not yet been marked as 'read' in the message overview.
