Partnerships and integrations
12Build collaborates with various organizations to ensure the validity of certificates and to simplify the process for general contractors.

PEFC, FSC, and KOMO: There is a direct link to these registries. General contractors can click directly from 12Build to the official registries to check the status.

TÜV Nederland: For VCA, ISO9001, and the Safety Ladder, 12Build receives a quarterly update with validated certificates. These are automatically processed into the database. Please note: with TÜV, it is not possible to click through directly to an external registry.

Troubleshooting

Cause: The automatic quarterly update (e.g., from TÜV) has not yet taken place, or the document has not been uploaded manually.
Solution: Upload the new certificate manually to your profile or wait for the periodic synchronization.

Symptom: The main contractor cannot click through to the certificate register.
Cause: No direct registry link is available for this specific certificate (such as TÜV).
Solution: Ensure that you have uploaded a PDF copy of the certificate to your profile as a downloadable file.
