How do I search for published projects?

Searching for published projects
To start searching for projects, follow these steps:

Click the Publicaties tab in the left-hand menu bar.

Use the filters on the left side of the overview to find projects that match your specialty or region.

Switch between Map view, List view, or Tile view using the buttons in the top right corner.

Save and manage searches
If you frequently search using the same filters, you can save them:

Set the desired filters and save the search query under a custom name.

Your saved searches appear as buttons at the top of the screen. Click a button to immediately activate or deactivate the search.

To modify an existing search query, adjust the filters and click Overwrite Search Query.

For a complete overview, go to the Publications > Search Queries menu.
Note: Search queries are personal. Colleagues within the same 12Build account cannot view or use your saved search queries.
Notifications for saved searches
You can set up notifications for new projects:

Click on your account (top right).

Go to the Notifications tab.

Select the option for your saved searches.

Choose whether you want to receive notifications via email, in the 12Build app, or through both channels.

View details of published projects
Click on a specific listing to view the full details:

View the project details, the time remaining to submit a proposal, and the available slots for proposals.

View information about the relevant general contractor on the right-hand side.

Use the action buttons to hide the publication (if it is not relevant), add it to your favorites, or forward it to partners.

After reviewing a project, you can take action:

Respond: Do you want to participate in the project? Click the button to respond.

Forward: You can also share the listing with one or more partners if the project is of interest to them.
