Update company information
The foundation of your profile starts with accurate information and proper categorization.

In the main menu, click Company Profile or, on the dashboard, click Edit Company Profile.

Go to the General tab to check your company name, website, phone number, and Chamber of Commerce number.

Navigate to Activities and select the sectors, activities, and usage functions that fit your business.

Add additional content
Enrich your profile by adding documents and images.

Additional documents: Upload documents and specify for each file whether they should be visible only on your profile or automatically included with proposals.

Company overview: Add photos of your office, equipment, or team to give a good impression of your organization.

Links and social media: Link your LinkedIn or Facebook page and add any external links to other business names.
Add references
Demonstrate your experience by showcasing projects and certifications.

In the menu under 'Company Profile,' click on References.

Projects: Add reference projects with project name, type of work, location, and images.

Certificates & Labels: Select the relevant certificates, quality labels, or industry associations and upload the corresponding supporting documents.

Question: Why is the percentage next to my references important? Answer: This percentage indicates how complete your profile is. A higher percentage ensures a better position in the search results of General contractors, as they prefer transparent partners.
Question: Can I also delete documents? Answer: Yes, via the "Additional Documents" or "References" tabs, you can use the trash can icon to immediately delete outdated files or projects.
