How do I delete an evaluation in the Evaluator?
As an administrator or initiator, you have the option to remove an evaluation from an evaluation list. This can be done both before a list is started and while it is already in progress. In the latter case, the parties involved will be automatically notified.

To delete an evaluation, go to All Evaluations via the Evaluations menu. Here, you can select a specific evaluation and delete it. If an evaluation has already started, the evaluator and the initiator will immediately receive an email notification of this change.
Requirements and Target Audience
This feature is available exclusively to users with the Administrator or Initiator role. If you have a different role, you do not have the permissions to delete evaluations belonging to others or from central lists.

To delete an evaluation, you must first go to the central management overview.

Log in to the 12Build Evaluator.

Click on the Evaluations module in the menu.

Delete evaluation
From the overview, you can locate the relevant evaluation and take action.

Locate the specific evaluation you wish to delete in the list.

Use the action buttons at the end of the row for the relevant evaluation to perform the deletion.

Confirm the action if the system prompts you to do so.
Note: If the evaluation list has already been started, an email will automatically be sent to the evaluator and the initiator to inform them that the evaluation has been canceled.

Can I undo the deletion of an evaluation? No, a deleted evaluation is permanently removed from the list. If the evaluation is still needed, you will have to add it back to the list or start a new individual evaluation.
What happens if the evaluator has already started filling it out? As soon as you delete the evaluation, the evaluator will no longer have access to the questionnaire for this specific section. Any (interim) answers already entered will be lost.
