  • Packages: Do you have an Activator and/or Promoter package? Then fill out your profile as completely as possible to get the most out of your investment.

  • Visibility: The information you enter is immediately visible to general contractors when they search the database.

Edit company profile and ad

In your dashboard, you’ll immediately see an indication of how complete your current profile and ad are.

  1. Log in to your 12Build dashboard.

  2. Click the Edit Company Profile or Edit Ad button to go directly to the settings. 

  3. You will now see a screen with three main categories:

    • General

    • Workpackage

    • Company Description

Profile Management and Verification

Use the tools available in 12Build to ensure the quality of your profile.

  1. Profile Checker: Use this feature to check which parts of your profile still require attention. 

  2. Database view: Use the preview button to see how your company profile is actually displayed to general contractors. 

  3. Systematically review the following sections for optimal results:

    • Services: Describe exactly what you do.

    • Contact: Ensure your contact information is up to date.

    • Company Information: Enter official details and locations.

    • Quality features: Add certificates or quality marks that support your expertise.

Troubleshooting

  • Symptom -> I’m receiving requests for work that I don’t perform.

    • Cause -> Your 'Workpackages' tab is likely too broad or filled out incorrectly.

    • Solution -> Go to Edit Company Profile > Workpackages and refine your selection to your company’s core tasks.

  • Symptom -> My profile score remains low even though I’ve filled out everything.

    • Cause -> Specific details such as quality features or a logo may be missing.

    • Solution -> Use the Profile Checker to see exactly which fields are still empty.
