How can I update my company information in the Evaluator?

As an administrator, you can manage your organization’s key information within the 12Build Evaluator. This ensures that your profile remains up to date and that contact information and branding (such as your logo) are displayed correctly in reports and evaluation requests.

Summary

You can edit your company details by going to the Company Profile via your username in the top right corner. In this overview, you can directly change the company name, phone number, website, description, and company logo. These changes immediately affect how your organization is presented within the Evaluator.

Terms and Target Audience

This feature is available exclusively to administrators. Users with other roles (such as Initiator or Evaluator) do not have access to the company profile and cannot view or edit this information.

Open company profile

Your organization’s general settings are located in a specific admin section.

  1. Log in to the 12Build Evaluator.

  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Select the Company Profile option from the dropdown menu.

Edit company details

After opening the company profile, you’ll be taken directly to the overview with general information.

  1. General information: In this overview, you can view your organization’s current details.

  2. Edit fields: You can edit the following fields directly:

    • Name: The official display name of your company.

    • Phone number: The general contact number.

    • Website: The URL of your company page.

    • Description: A short description of your organization.

  3. Update logo: Hier kunt u een nieuw bedrijfslogo uploaden of het huidig logo wijzigen. 

  4. Save the changes to update the information.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Why don’t I see the “Company Profile” option? Only users with administrator rights can view the company profile. If the option is missing, you likely have a more limited user role.

Will the logo also be updated in the reports I download? Yes, the logo you upload in the company profile is typically used for branding on official communications and exports from the Evaluator.

Troubleshooting

  • Symptom: I cannot change the company name (the field is locked).

    • Cause: In some configurations, certain master data is locked to ensure consistency with the main 12Build license.

    • Solution: Contact support@12build.com if you wish to have the official company name changed.

  • Symptom: My new logo is not displayed clearly.

    • Cause: The resolution of the uploaded file may be too low.

    • Solution: Upload a logo with a higher resolution (preferably a .png or .jpg file) for optimal results.
