Summary

To view or respond to reviews, you must have an Evaluator account. Although you can log in with a Matchmaker account, this account must first be registered once for the Evaluator module. After registration, claim your business to gain full access to the reviews you have received.

Requirements and target audience

This article is intended for suppliers who wish to view their reviews. You will require a valid business email address and your company’s Chamber of Commerce number to complete the registration.

Signing up for the Evaluator

The process begins on the module’s main landing page.

  1. Navigate to the Evaluator login page.

Note: Even if you are uncertain whether you already have an account, you can select this option. The system will automatically verify this based on your email address.


Fill in your details

On this screen, you create your personal profile and link it to an organization.

  1. Enter your name, email address, and your company’s Chamber of Commerce number.

  2. Enter a password and confirm it. Please note the following requirements:

    • At least 8 characters.

    • No sequences (such as "aaaa" or "1234").

    • Must not contain your own name, company name, or the name of the application.

    • Must not appear on the list of leaked passwords from haveibeenpwned.com.

  3. If the company is already known by the Chamber of Commerce number you entered, it will appear at the bottom. Click on the company to select it (it will turn green).

  4. If the correct company is not displayed, click the Search in the Chamber of Commerce register button. 

  5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click Register.

Confirm email address

After registration, you must verify your identity via email.

  1. Check your inbox for the confirmation email.

Claim your business

Once your email address is confirmed, you will be automatically logged in to complete the link to your business.

  1. On the "Claim Business" screen, enter your full name, phone number, and email address.

  2. Agree to the terms and conditions.

  3. Click Verify. You have now completed the claim. 

Confirm claim

The final step is an additional security check to ensure that the right person gains access.

  1. A verification email will be sent to the supplier’s primary contact (this can also be you).

  2. Follow the verification process in this email.

  3. Once completed, you will have full access to the received evaluations and can post public comments to the General Contractor.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Question: Can I log in with my Matchmaker credentials? Answer: Yes, but only after your Matchmaker account has been registered for the Evaluator via the steps above.

Question: What happens if I forget my password? Answer: On the login page, you can request a password reset in the usual way, provided your account is already registered.

Troubleshooting

  • Symptom: My Chamber of Commerce number returns no results or the wrong company.

    • Cause: The company may not yet be in the Evaluator database.

    • Solution: Use the "Search in the Chamber of Commerce Register" button during Step 2 to retrieve the current data directly from the official register.
