How can I receive requests for proposals from the market?
If a general contractor has not won a project, you have the option to submit your previously prepared proposal to the party that did win the project. This process ensures that your calculations are not lost and increases your chances of securing the contract through the winning contractor.

Summary
You can receive requests for proposals from the market by checking the box in your settings to indicate that you are open to them. If a general contractor to whom you submitted a proposal loses the project, you can forward your proposal directly to the winning contractor via an automatic notification. This only works if both parties have activated the correct settings in 12Build.
