How do I start an individual evaluation?
If you wish to quickly evaluate an individual supplier without undergoing an extensive process, you can create a new evaluation immediately. This enables you to provide targeted feedback on a specific collaboration or project component.

Summary
You initiate an individual evaluation through the Evaluations module by clicking the Start evaluation button. In the subsequent form, select the vendor, the desired questionnaire and link the relevant project labels. This feature must be enabled by an administrator in the company settings.

Start an evaluation
Once the feature is enabled, you’ll find it in the central overview of the Evaluator.

Log in to the 12Build Evaluator.

Click on Evaluations in the menu. You will now see an overview of all existing evaluations.

Click the Start Evaluation button in the top right corner of this overview.
Add evaluation
After clicking the Start button, a screen will appear where you can enter the details of the evaluation.

Search for supplier: Type the name of the supplier you want to evaluate in the search field.

Evaluation and questionnaire: Select the type of evaluation and the specific questionnaire you wish to use.

Link project labels: Select the relevant labels such as Project, Project Phase, and Project Name. Depending on your company settings, additional labels may be visible here.

Confirm the details to start the evaluation.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Why don’t I see the “Start Evaluation” button? This likely means that the feature for individual evaluations is disabled in your organization’s company settings. Your administrator can adjust this.
Can I edit an evaluation after I’ve started it? Once an evaluation has started, the basic details—such as the linked supplier and the selected questionnaire—determine how the answers are filled in.
Troubleshooting

Symptom: I cannot locate the correct supplier in the search bar.

Cause: The supplier may be registered under a different name or may not yet be recognised by the system.
